5th National Open Data Meeting

April 27, 2026

DESCRIPTION

The 5th National Open Data Meeting (ENDA) will take place on May 8, 2026, in Pamplona, establishing itself as a key national event for the exchange of knowledge, experiences, and best practices around open data.

Under the theme “Learn and undertake,” this fifth edition highlights the value of open data as a tool to create real opportunities in areas such as education, entrepreneurship, employment, and public sector innovation. The event will bring together public administrations, universities, companies, and specialized organizations from across the country in a shared space for collaboration and discussion.

The 5th ENDA will be structured around participatory working sessions addressing topics such as the relationship between education, entrepreneurship, and employment; the role of public administrations in both internal and external data reuse; the promotion of open data-driven entrepreneurship; the impact of data in education; and the evolution of open data policies.

Following four editions held in different regions, ENDA continues to grow as a traveling event that fosters collaboration among institutions and stakeholders within the data ecosystem. Updated information about this edition —including the program, speakers, and registration details— is available on the event’s official website.
