March 31, 2026
DESCRIPCIÓN
On March 26, the Basque Government officially presented BidaIA, a new initiative aimed at supporting industrial SMEs in the structured and gradual adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in their processes. This programme is part of a broader €28 million investment designed to accelerate the digital transformation of the Basque business ecosystem through funding for AI and industrial cybersecurity.
BidaIA offers a tailored roadmap for each company, starting with an initial assessment and progressing through clear and achievable milestones. This approach enables SMEs to effectively integrate AI and enhance their competitiveness. Throughout the process, companies will be supported by the Basque Government through SPRI and BAIC, as well as by the wider industrial and technological ecosystem. The initiative aims to turn AI into a real driver of transformation by embedding it into the day-to-day operations of organizations.
