Spacelog boosts data sharing to improve supply chains in the Basque Country

DESCRIPCIÓN

The Spacelog project has defined a roadmap to promote data sharing across industrial supply chains in the Basque Country, with the aim of improving operational efficiency, traceability and sustainability in logistics processes. The initiative is led by one of BAIDATA’s members, the Basque Mobility and Logistics Cluster, together with Basque Food Cluster and Aclima, and seeks to consolidate an intersectoral ecosystem based on secure data sharing.

The project addresses a common challenge across many sectors: the existence of valuable information that could help optimize processes but is not fully leveraged due to barriers such as lack of interoperability or the absence of trusted frameworks for data exchange. Spacelog aims to move towards sectoral data spaces that enable organizations to share information securely while maintaining full control over how their data is used.
