The CEPS Task Force “Next Steps for EU Law and Regulation for the Digital World” aims to refine and improve the coherence and effectiveness of the EU’s expanding digital regulatory framework, covering key instruments such as the DMA, DSA, GDPR, Data Act, AI Act, and Cyber Resilience Act. Its goal is to simplify and align existing laws, reduce burdens, enhance competitiveness, and ensure strong protection for businesses and citizens.
