Ana Herrera, Director of Business Development and Entrepreneurship at Las Rozas Innova, has been recognized at the Women Startup Awards in the Open Innovation category, a distinction that highlights her role in building a dynamic technological ecosystem based on public–private collaboration. This recognition underscores the work that the Las Rozas Innova team, a BAIDATA member, carries out alongside companies and entrepreneurs in the Madrid municipality to position the city as a benchmark in innovation and talent attraction. The mayor of Las Rozas and president of Las Rozas Innova, José de la Uz, emphasized that the award represents “a great joy for the city and an incentive to continue driving open innovation projects.”

From the Hub Las Rozas Innova, key initiatives such as investment forums, govtech programs, open innovation challenges and entrepreneurship support actions are promoted, fostering the growth of new technological projects in a collaborative environment.
